ALPHA BULLIONS operates a website that deals with the purchases and sale of Precious Metals and Jewelries. You may purchase, sell precious metals on this Website as a guest, even without registering for an account.
- APPLICABILITY
“These general terms and conditions (the “Conditions”) apply to:
(a) The use of any information, pictures, documents and/or other services offered by ALPHA BULLIONS via the website;
(b) The sale, purchase, shipping & delivery of any precious metal and jewelries from the site.
- ACCOUNT.
You may purchase & sell precious metals on this Website as a guest, even without registering for an account. If you choose to register an account and create a User Profile, you would be obligated to complete the required information. When creating an account, placing an order, or selling on the Website, you are agreeing to receive email and/or text notifications.
Your Account is for your individual, personal use only, and you may not authorize others to use your Account for any purpose. In creating your Account, you certify that all information you provide is complete and accurate. You agree to update your information when required or requested, and you further agree not to use another person’s account without permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of, and restricting access to, your Account and password, and you agree to accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account or password. You agree to contact our customer service department immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account or any violation of these Terms by others of which you are aware. You agree that we shall have no liability for any losses, damages, liabilities or expenses you may incur due to any unauthorized use of your Account, and you agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless for any such unauthorized use. We reserve the right to create accounts for quality control and administrative purposes. Such accounts may be publicly viewable.
- SALES ORDER PRICE CONFIRMATIONS
When buying online from us, the price at which your Sales Order is submitted is the locked-in price. There are no added commissions. The only charges ALPHA BULLION adds are for shipping, handling, State & Federal Government applicable taxes. Your confirmation number will be in your return email. The Sales Order price is locked-in for 5 Business Days on all Sales Orders. That is the time you have to make your payment to ALPHA BULLIONS. You must ensure that your payment is dated within 24 hours of the time of your confirmed Sale and received by ALPHA BULLIONS within 5 Business Days of your confirmed Sale to realize your locked-in price.
- CANCELLATIONS OF SALES ORDERS WITH ALPHA BULLION
Once we have issued a Sales Order confirmation, (a) all prices are locked-in, and (b) there is a binding contract between us for your transaction and, as a result, any market risk for breach is transferred to you at the time the Sales Order is confirmed. This is a benefit to you because you know your price at your Sales Order confirmation time and we believe this is one of the key benefits of transacting with ALPHA BULLIONS. You have no right to cancel your Sales Order(s). However, if you default in your performance of payment, shipment or any other act required, we may cancel your Sales Order(s). We reserve the right to cancel any Sales Order at any time and for any reason.
- PAYMENT, PRICING & SHIPPING
(a) Acceptable Mode of Payment
Depending upon the Sales Order amount, you may pay by some or all of the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank wire, personal check, Cashier’s Check, eCheck or Bitcoin.
Please take note of the following applicable transaction policies with regards to payments;
- Bank Wire payments must be received within 3 business days.
- A 10% deposit is required for at the initiation of a transaction on the site, the remainder of the balance shall be due and payable as designated in the days specified above.
- 10% shall be charged as interest on any payment not received upon the due date
- Orders will be processed and shipped upon confirmation of the receipt of your payment
- We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment is not made within the speculated business days
- You agree not to file a credit card or debit card chargeback regarding any purchase
- We reserve the right to request additional documentation for certain credit card orders or any other orders, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at its sole discretion, regardless of the payment method and price confirmation.
By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your payment method for all charges you incur for the purchase of any Subscriptions or other Products (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (each such purchase, an “Order”). You are responsible for, and agree to pay, all such charges. If we or our third party payment processor cannot obtain authorization for charges to your payment method or if any amounts you authorize us to charge to your payment method are reversed or charged back for any reason, we may, at our option, in addition to any other remedies: cancel or suspend any undelivered portion of your Orders, make second and/or subsequent attempts to charge your payment method, and/or use any other lawful means to collect payment on any outstanding amounts due to us. You will remain responsible to pay all applicable charges for all Orders. You agree to provide and keep current a valid payment method. However, your failure to do so shall not constitute cancellation of any Order. In the event you want to change or update payment information associated with your ALPHA BULLIONS account, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information.
(b) Pricing and availability.
All prices shown via the Services are in United States Dollars. Any applicable taxes and other charges, if any, are additional. We reserve the right to change our Subscription and other Product offerings, and to adjust prices as we may determine in our sole discretion, at any time and without notice; provided, however, that if we change the amounts or other charges associated with your then-current Subscription(s), we will provide advance notice of such changes via one of the means described in this terms and conditions. We will not, however, be able to notify you of changes in any applicable taxes prior to such changes becoming effective. The shipment of Products to you after our delivery of such notice will confirm your acceptance of such changes, unless you cancel your subscription(s) in accordance with the cancellation policy set forth in these terms.
(c) Taxes.
We will collect applicable sales tax on Products shipped to the states for which we determine we have a duty to collect sales tax. If an item is subject to sales tax, you agree that the amount of taxes shown at checkout may be adjusted. Several factors may cause this, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.
(d) Shipping and handling
You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Presently, our shipping deliveries are only restricted to the United States. We reserve the right to use any shipping couriers as needed. Actual delivery dates may vary. You agree that you will not obtain, or direct shipment of, a Product for export.
Your Sales Orders are shipped by us at our sole discretion. Each package is fully insured. Packages sent registered and insured can take an average of 5-10 Business Days to receive or even longer with the ongoing COVID – 19 Pandemic.
(e) Deliveries
You are responsible for inspecting all Products you receive from us for any damage or other issues upon delivery. You should always inspect your delivery to confirm that they arrive in a good condition and in the design that you have provided us to build for you.
(f) Cash Discounts
We offer cash discounts to you should you choose to complete your payment via Check, bank wire or trade. The applicable cash discounts can be accessed via our website.
(g) Insurance for Sales Orders
ALPHA BULLIONS insures all of its Sales Order shipments to you while in transit for the sale value of the enclosed Product purchased from ALPHA BULLIONS, subject to the following limitations. We must be notified of a lost package within thirty (30) days from the ship date of your order. Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you, you might be permitted to claim coverage under our insurance policy provided that you directly receive the package from the common carrier. Neither we, nor our insurance company, accepts (nor we specifically disclaim) responsibility if you have left instructions with any carrier or delivery service to leave parcels for you without the need for your signature. Nor do we, nor our insurance company, accept (and we specifically disclaim) responsibility if you have given any carrier or delivery service instructions to leave your package with someone else, such as a building manager, neighbor, or a drop-off location such as Mail Boxes Etc., or similar third party drop off. In any such case, your package will not be covered for insurance by ALPHA BULLION or our insurance carrier.
When we ship to you, if Products are lost or damaged in transit, it is our responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company

- Minimum Transaction Size for Purchase Orders
When you sell your items to us, our minimum Purchase Order amount is $ 100 (USD).
- Physical Delivery for Purchase Orders
You may deliver your Precious Metals & Jewelries to our shop by pre-arranged appointment only. To make a delivery appointment, please send us an email via; info@alphabullions.com and we will respond to you.
- Delivery Terms for Purchase Orders
Once your Purchase Order is confirmed, you may not cancel and are obligated to send the agreed to quality and quantity of Precious Metals & Jewelries to ALPHA BULLIONS.
- PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. - PRICE CHANGES
The prices of the products will be as displayed on the Website. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation.
- FORCE MAJEURE
If ALPHA BULLIONS cannot perform any obligation hereunder as a result of any event that is beyond its control, ALPHA BULLIONS’ delay or failure to perform such obligation shall be excused and ALPHA BULLIONS shall not be liable for any damages as a result of, or in connection with, such delay or such failure.

- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The competent courts in New Jersey, US, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between you and ALPHA BULLIONS.
