All Transactions and purchases of Precious metals or Jewelries made on the www.alphabullions.com is final and ALPHA BULLION offers no return and exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defected.
Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their sales at ALPHA BULLIONS. At your request, we may, but are not obligated to, provide you with an opportunity to exchange a Product for an identical Product in the event of a material defect. If we agree to do so, such exchange must be made within seven (7) days from the date on which the customer receives his or her Product(s) and only to those customers who timely and properly notify our Customer Service Department by telephone at 201-399-3949, and who receive written confirmation that the exchange request has been approved. If approved, the Customer Service Department will give you instructions on how to exchange your items.
We advise you further take note of the following applicable terms for a successful return;
You can only return a product if it is defective. The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
- The product shall be in unused and original condition;
- You shall inform about the return of the product to us within a period of seven (7) business days;
- You shall not accept any open box deliveries;
- The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards and other documentation.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the volatile nature of the bullion market, all gold, silver, platinum, bullion sales are final. The customer enters into a legally binding agreement once the order is submitted and confirmed, and may not cancel or modify the order afterward. If the customer still insists upon cancellation after the order is placed, the 10% deposit held.
Shipping Policy
You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Presently, our shipping deliveries are only restricted to the United States. We reserve the right to use any shipping couriers as needed. Actual delivery dates may vary. You agree that you will not obtain, or direct shipment of, a Product for export.
Your Sales Orders are shipped by us at our sole discretion. Each package is fully insured. Packages sent registered and insured can take an average of 5-10 Business Days to receive or even longer with the ongoing COVID – 19 Pandemic.
For approved exchanges, you must follow all instructions provided by Customer Service, including carefully packaging the Product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the risk of loss during the return shipment as part of the exchange. ALPHA BULLIONS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any exchange that does not comply with these requirements. If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to accept or refuse the exchange request in our sole discretion, and to require you to pay for any Market Loss on approved exchanges. Any Market Gain on refunds shall vest in and remain the property of ALPHA BULLIONS.
PLACE OF DELIVERY, DEADLINES AND LOSSES
Approximate delivery times are indicated in working days in the description of each product, although a delay in delivery will not be a reason for penalty.
ALPHA BULLIONS will not be liable for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the User / Customer in the order form does not match the reality or has been missed.
Depending on the destination of the order can be used various ways or methods of shipping, each method and each destination have shipping times that are specified in the order confirmation process.
Deadlines may change for logistical reasons or for reasons of force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, ALPHA BULLIONS will inform its User/Customer, as soon as it has knowledge of them.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment the company makes the product available to the User / Customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.
Delays in delivery shall not be considered those cases in which the order has been made available to the User/Customer, by the transport company within the agreed time and could not be delivered for cause attributable to the User/Customer.
When the order leaves our shop, you will be sent an email notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being sent.
